Privacy policy for Zylos File Recovery

Effective date: 10 October 2026 · Publisher: Zylos TechSolutions LLP

Who we are and what this covers

This policy explains how Zylos File Recovery (Android package com.zylos.filerecovery) handles information. The app is published by Zylos TechSolutions LLP (“we”, “us”) as part of the Zylos family of apps. Zylos File Recovery finds deleted, hidden and lost photos, videos, audio and documents that are still on your Android phone, and copies or restores them. Scanning and recovery happen entirely on the phone.

Android only. (An iPhone build only explains that iOS keeps deleted photos in Photos → Recently Deleted; it is not offered on the App Store.)

Information the app uses on your device

The app needs the following information to work. It is read, processed and stored on your device. It reaches us only if the table or “Your Zylos account and cloud backup” below says so.
